I felt like Dr Denny really listened to what I was saying. I was nervous going into the appointment as I have never had an appointment like this before. He was really good at making me feel comfortable, relaxed and able to easily open up to him. I really cant recommend Dr Denny enough.

Dr Denny was professional, friendly and put me instantly at ease. He listened and understood my perspective and gave some useful feedback as to my situation. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Profile

I am a Consultant Psychiatrist. I was an NHS Consultant in Adult Mental Health for over 20 years and now work privately.

I trained as a doctor at Bristol University. I have a degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Psychotherapy. I became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1996 and a Fellow of the College a decade ago.

I make sure my patients receive a comprehensive assessment and appropriate treatment. In addition to prescribing medication, my psychodynamic approach helps to understand how past experiences relate to present difficulties. This can often be the key to recovery.
